Brian M. Ritucci
Brian Ritucci, President of Ritucci & Associates, Inc., has been an investigator for the past 38 years and founded his own firm in 1990. Since that time, he has provided professional investigative and security consulting services to financial and industrial firms, energy companies, attorneys, and insurance companies.
As a corporate fraud investigator, he worked for ten years in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia with the Saudi Arabian Oil Company. Supervising a multi-national group of professionals in complex investigations relative to the oil industry, he conducted interviews regarding financial frauds, conflicts of interest, breaches of contracts, and thefts of materials from the company. Mr. Ritucci also conducted security surveys and reviewed various company operating systems to identify weaknesses and to recommend effective controls to prevent future irregularities.
Mr. Ritucci began his career with U. S. Customs as an Inspector and Special Agent. While with U. S. Customs, he investigated violations of the criminal RICO statute, smuggling of commercial merchandise, cargo theft, neutrality violations, and narcotic and currency violations. He was also temporarily assigned to the United States Secret Service for presidential candidate protection.
After receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, Mr. Ritucci graduated from the United States Treasury Academy in Glynco, Georgia.
Mary Ritucci (Consultant)
Mary Ritucci, began her investigative career as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). While with the FBI, Ms. Ritucci investigated violations of U. S. Federal laws including white collar and organized crime. She conducted interviews, presented cases to the United States Attorney, executed search warrants, made arrests, and testified before the Grand Jury. She also conducted seminars on fraud detection in banking transactions.
Subsequent to working with the FBI, Ms. Ritucci was a Computer Security Specialist with the Saudi Arabian Oil Company in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. In this capacity, she investigated the misuse of personal and mainframe computers by employees, evaluated security procedures, and made recommendations for improved controls. She developed guidelines and procedures for the proper safeguarding of confidential and proprietary information; she also conducted computer security surveys. She trained Saudi nationals and others in computer security techniques and established classroom curricula and on-the-job training programs.
She has been a corporate security consultant with Ritucci & Associates, Inc., since its inception in 1990, specializing in the investigation of sensitive employee issues.
Mary earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, and has a Master of Science degree in Counseling. She also graduated from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Academy in Quantico, Virginia.
